These terms govern use of vachonrentalcars.com and its online inquiry and reservation tools. They do not replace a signed rental agreement. If these website terms conflict with a quote, confirmed reservation, or rental agreement, the applicable transaction document controls.

Website use

You may use this website for lawful personal or business rental inquiries. You agree not to interfere with the website, attempt unauthorized access, submit false information, misuse pricing or booking tools, or use website content in a way that violates law or another person’s rights.

Availability and reservations

Website listings, rates, and availability can change. Submitting information or beginning the online process does not guarantee a vehicle. A reservation is subject to confirmation, eligibility review, required documents, payment or deposit requirements, vehicle availability, and acceptance of the applicable rental agreement.

Rental requirements

Drivers must satisfy Vachon’s current age, license, identification, payment, deposit, coverage, and other eligibility requirements. Vehicle-specific rates, mileage, fees, use restrictions, pickup details, and return obligations are stated in the quote, confirmation, and rental agreement.

Current pickup location

Rentals currently pick up at 615 Reservoir Ave in Cranston, Rhode Island. Do not travel to the location for pickup unless your reservation confirmation directs you there.

Third-party services

The website may use third-party reservation, map, communication, review, analytics, advertising, and payment services. Vachon is not responsible for separate third-party websites or their independent terms and practices.

Website content

We try to keep website information accurate, but errors, delays, or interruptions may occur. Images may be representative, and a specific make, model, trim, color, or feature is not guaranteed unless confirmed in writing as part of the reservation.
